Company History
Fabulous Floors Inc. is company that was born out of opportunity. Its owner, William Landeene, graduated with a B.S. in education and business whose career plans consisted of teaching and coaching. Situations arose that allowed him to participate in workings of a family run business… wood flooring. A second generation company, the vast experience of a father-son gave Bill the valuable training that has allowed him to become the craftsman he is today.
The combination of his experience (more than 27 years) and state of the art tools and materials have allowed Fabulous Floors to grow from a homeowner based clientele to one that is utilized by decorators, designers, architects, general contractors and remodelers, realtors, home inspectors, and retail outlets. We have been serving the greater Chicagoland area and southern Wisconsin since 1991. We are conveniently located in the Lake County area to better serve you.
Areas We Serve
Originally Fabulous Floors workmanship was typically on display in residential housing but has expanded to many business / commercial settings; country clubs, restaurants, taverns, CEO offices, medical facilities, churches, portable dance floors, and even the U.I.C. pavilion.
